Silence

Don’t be afraid of silence,
for out of silence, My voice speaks.
Out of quietness, comes the sound of My heartbeat.

There are things of My kingdom
that are only known through the whisper of My Spirit.
They are not announced through the shout
or declared through the song.

They are whispered to the tender listening heart
that comes to seek My face,
and know My heart.
