The Arms of Love

Around every bend and in every place, I find You.
There is no place that I can go, where You are not there.
There is no situation I can face, that You do not face with me.

Why would I let fear talk,
or anxious thoughts cloud my path?
You are with me. You won't leave me.
I have no cause to fear, for You are there.
You have never failed me.
In difficulty, in heartache,
in times of darkness and distress,
You have been there.

As You have been in my past,
so You will be in my future.
You are my constant,
my rock, my resting place,
my deliverer and my great reward.
Even the biggest enemy of man,
can only take me to You, not from You.
Even in death, You are there to hold me
as I fall into Your arms.

Oh, the joy and the peace!
I know I am safe in the arms of love.
In life and in death,
there is nothing that can overcome who I am,
for in You, there is victory and peace.
