Spirit Within

Breath of heaven,
strength of my life,
comforter of my soul,
You are Christ within.
Your presence is my life, 
my purity, my hope.

You are wind, 
You are fire.
You are a gentle breeze 
and life-giving rain.

You are all I need,
for You are the Spirit of grace 
who empowers me,
the Counsellor who guides me,
the Life that quickens me,
the Hope that inspires me
and the Liberty that sets me free.
