Heartbeat

I can feel your heartbeat.
The breath of Your presence soothes me and reassures me.
Here, I am welcome; here, I am secure.

Take me to the Secret Place,
the pavilion of Your love, 
the place where my heart is overwhelmed 
and I am awed by who You are.

Aware of Your presence 
I am completely undone.
For here I am loved.
Here in my weakness, I am carried by grace.
Here in my humanity, I encounter divinity.
