Tend Your Garden Well

The garden of your heart is what I have given you to attend and guard. Like Adam and Eve, you have a place where you walk in fellowship with Me. A sacred place made beautiful by My love.

I will meet with you there. I will speak into you the mysteries and joys of My kingdom. This place is yours to guard. Yes, it is sacred, and it is pure, but the entrance can be obscured by the evil one. The soil, though ready to receive My promises and words, is open to the thoughts that you bring. Like a well-trained gardener, you must recognize the weeds that seek to take root. You must watch over and trim the aspects of your heart and life that seek to dominate My thoughts and ways.

Tend your garden well. It is a place of tranquillity, but it must be maintained. It is a place of communion with Me, but you must choose to meet with Me there. Do not let busyness or preoccupation keep you from the delight of My Presence.
